■ Selection Suggestions

Install the screw according to the hole size and installation diagram. If the flat washer and spring washer are not used, apply thread locking agent to the screw threads.
3, the fixing of the wire
To prevent the connectors from being affected by the swing of long cables, take measures to secure the cables to the installation panel. Under normal circumstances, the wire at least 100mm away from the connector tail end should be tied and fixed.
4, welding wire
If the welding wire is on the printed board or other terminals, it is recommended to use potting glue to seal the welding joint to prevent the core wire from being broken due to random swing.
If the wire is welded with the wire, it is recommended to use the heat shrink tube heat shrink protection, and then bind the two ends of the welding to a hard object to prevent the welding joint from being damaged by force. If there are more than one wire harness, you can integrate a bundle and tie it together, see the figure below.

The screws should be removed first, and the protective plate carefully removed in parallel.
If the connector is equipped with a protection plate ==> Remove the screw ==> Remove the protection plate
3. Installation
Install the screw according to the hole size and installation diagram. If the flat washer and spring washer are not used, apply thread locking agent to the screw threads.
4. Weld the pins
1) Welding of perforated printed board pins
After the perforated printed board connector is installed, the pin can be welded according to the relevant requirements of QJ3117-99 "Manual welding process Technical requirements for Aerospace Electronic and Electrical Products".
2) Welding of the pin of the surface mount printed board
It is recommended that the reflow welding technology be used for table attachment connectors, which can be welded according to the relevant requirements of QJ3173-2003 "Technical Requirements for Reflow Welding of Aerospace Electronic and Electrical Products".
To secure connectors reliably and ensure welding quality, install and secure connectors using mounting screws.
